“We were called non-exempt employee which means that we do not get a dime for over time.”－－－－ You are wrong. Non-exempt employees are defined as those who receive hourly wages. They are subject to wage and hour laws, i.e. overtime pay. It is against the law in USA that a non-exempt employee is denied overtime pay. No question about it, period.
