Any guys, interested in sharing notes for this, please drop me ([email protected]) an email with contact info (name, email, phone). I would like to set up an interest group to explore this further.

I chatted with seattle a while ago on this. Indians started this business much earlier and have accummulated contacts, experiences, skill sets and assets besides their language advantage. It would require significant market/sale efforts, as well as technical production base, to get contracts consistently. If organized, it may be possible to enter this market with less cost.
