职位描述及要求
a wholly owned company of the Mayerton Group of Companies based in United Kingdom. Its roots trace back nearly 10 years ago as an early importer of various steel products into China. We now have 6 sales branches, 2 steel processing centres, 2 refractory plants in China. H-beams steel and firebrick are our major products. With affiliate offices/distribution network worldwide our trading activities make us a competitive player in industry.

Position: Group Finance Manager
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Standardizes accounting reports for all the companies established in China. Ensures accuracy of all accounting reporting to holding company.
2. Cost allocations of various companies for reporting “real” profitability without compromising tax benefits.
3. Financing for all companies in China. Must continuously seek creative ways to leverage the investments in China and improved liquidity.
4. Personnel related issues for people in the finance department in conjunction with the HR Manager.
5. Cost accounting analysis； propose possible cost saving methods to management team.
6. Must ensure proper safeguard of assets (i.e. insurance).
Requirements:
1. Bachelor and above degree, major in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred.
2. 10 years and above working experience in finance and accounting, 5+ years in management role is a must.
3. Good business ethics, integrity, customer/result-oriented, bold goal and has passion for excellence.
4. Excellent communication, analysis, leadership and networking skills, capable to deal with people at different levels with diversified cultural background.
5. Good command in oral and written English.
6. At least 5 years working experience in foreign invested manufacturing company is desired. Steel and refractory industrial experience a plus.
