职位描述及要求
SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION :
This position is responsible for managing and overall support for the tools implemented over in Dell Dalian and Japan. The tools are (but not limited to) NETIQ, Microsoft Operations Manager, BMC PATROL/PATROL Express, ZEN and Systems Management Server.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for the deployment plan of the tools.
· Assist in client, server installation and troubleshooting
· Responsible to maintain the system up time at 99.5%
· Attend to service requests, notification alerts and trouble tickets.
· Provide training to L1 and L2
· Work closely with L3 support on complicated production issues.
· Work closely with Global Technology & Engineering team (GTES) on Tools initiatives.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· At least 3 years of working experience on System monitoring tools.
· Good knowledge on Windows, Linux and Netware OS.
· Possess creativity and innovation and able to work independently
· Able to learn quickly and independently
· Able to work long hours when required
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Japanese
· Good team player
· At least 2 years of Programming knowledge with VB and C# or C++ will be added advantage.
