Principal Responsibilities
· Manage successful product launch, sustaining, transition and end-of-life upon the product POR (Plan of Records).
· Act as key contact to WW PG (Product Group) for all core teams and product issues and act as key Extended Team functional marketing lead to ensure successful and effective products launches/transition.
· Ensure the new products launch materials support: product guides, features briefing, training material, sales aid, etc.
· Act as a product expert； understand products, technologies, customer needs
· Understand sales & customers needs. Conduct regular sales/customer products survey, analysis and report.
· Responsible for competitive information collection, analysis and reporting. Develop sales tools of selling against competitors.
· Provide sales product training, education and support.
· Develop & execute product marketing events/programs/activities
· Develop relationship with Segment Marketing to assist in their strategies/programs
· Manage products media/customers evaluation and drive for positive review result. Responsible for online product content on-time refresh, accuracy
· Taking the lead within the function teams to deliver the resolution on products Demand/Supply issues, engineering issues, etc.
· Ensure the operations in sales quoting systems (SMARTS)
Requirements
· At least Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Business, Computer Studies, Marketing)
· Minimum 4-5 years industry experience in sales or product manager role
· Proficient in spoken and written English
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong teamwork skills
· Ability to succeed in fast-moving, multi-functional situations
· Be able to work under pressures
· Knowledge and good understanding of the computer/IT marketplace and technologies
· Sales skills is preferred
· Good influencing others capability
· Ability of dealing with ambiguities
· Drive for result oriented
· Potential leadership skills
