Detail Job Description：
1. Lead project team to complete projects based on Infosys and CMMI quality process guidelines
2. Be responsible for overall project delivery satisfaction
3. Ensure adherence to organization practices, business process & standards
4. Plan, schedule and track progress of the overall transformation project, including: scope management, schedule, resource/staffing, Risk mitigation/contingency plans, issue resolutions, milestones reviews/ Status reports, etc
5. Ensure proper integration and coordination between different tracks & teams.
