Java Team Leader
Job Description
A Team Lead leads the designing, coding, enhancing and testing of software applications to meet business process requirements. A Team Lead applies functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of configuration changes and maintenance of software applications. A Team Lead has some oversight responsibility for the technology solution and assists in the development of the team.
Qualifications
1、Bachelor degree in computer science or related discipline.
2、Programming language – J2EE, Websphere (or Weblogic or EJB) , xml or PL/SQL (Oracle) or.Net;
3、Understanding of development using an RDBMS – Oracle, SQL Server, DB2/UDB;
4、Knowledge of a UML or database design tool;
5、Knowledge of the software development lifecycle;
6、Minimum 5+ years work experience required;
7、Be able to lead a group of people.
Technical Architect
Roles & Responsibilities:
1、Own and Engage in Architecture and Technical design
2、Assess current application landscape and create and implement SOA roadmap
Job requirements:
1、Expertise in Design, Development & Architecture using J2EE or Microsoft technologies using UML, Design Patterns, Data Structures/Algorithms & SOA
2、Must have owned and delivered at least a couple of Technical designs
3、Must have Architected solutions in at least one technology area like SOA, EAI, BPM, Mobile or Cloud
4、Hands on expertise one or more SOA products (IBM Process server/IBM Business Service Fabric/IBM WBIMB/Aqualogic ESB/ Blaze advisor/Oracle BPM)
5、Demonstrated experience of creating, evangelizing and formalizing SOA service offerings
6、Experienced in portfolio assessment and creating roadmap for SOA.
7、Led Technical teams in implementation
8、Demonstrated experience/knowledge of end to end technical project management.
J2EE Project Leader
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the full lifecycle of project including BA, HLD, LLD, Coding, Testing and Deployment
2. Execute the project based on Infosys and CMMI quality process guidelines
3. TL will assume ownership for client communications. Role requires interaction with International clientele and achieving Customer Satisfaction
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science and related major.
2. CET4 above
3.5 years of experience in J2EE platform(PM should be above 8 years) is a must
4. The ability to quickly learn and gain an in-depth understanding of the Domain and the associated processes
5. Good Communication Skills both in written and spoken, ability to communicate with international customer directly would be a plus
6. Good team player.

Job Description - Java Portal Developer
This role is for the Discovery Framework project. Most requirements are applicable to the Component Development and J2EE Server Certification sub-projects. The certification project could use slightly junior resources as long the leader on the project is strong.
General Requirements
• 5+ years of overall software development experience
• Good understanding of development processes and standards.
• Experience with ob<x>ject-oriented analysis/design, programming, and design patterns
• Experience with Agile development methods, especially Scrum
• Experience with software product lifecycle through multiple releases
• Effective troubleshooter and problem solver
• Works well under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
Project Specific Requirements
• 3+ years of coding in a J2EE environment including, but not limited to, the following J2EE component technologies: Servlet, JSTL, JDBC, EJB, JMS, xm<x>l/WS
• 3+ years of coding in web technologies including HTML, CSS, ja<x>vascript, and AJAX. JQuery and browser compatibility experience is highly desirable
• Embraces unit testing (xUnit framework such as JUnit), test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration (CI)
• Familiar with Eclipse ba<x>sed IDEs and related tools/plugins including debugging, profiling, etc
• Familiar with one or more application servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, NetWeaver, Tomcat at both architecture and configuration/operation levels (important for the certification project)
• Experience with JSR-286 portal framework, especially the Liferay implementation, is very highly desirable
• Experience with Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server (MOSS) and web parts development is a strong plus
Tech Lead/Lead Developer Requirements
• All above, plus:
• 7+ years of overall experience with 2+ years as a technical lead of software development projects. ScrumMaster certification or experience would be ideal
• 3+ years of experience in J2EE/web application design and architecture
• Good documentation skills with attention to details
• Proven track record in development task planning/tracking, design and deliverable review, assisting and mentoring junior members on technically complex issues
• Experience in direct interaction with English-speaking clients
目前关注的是web端的开发，涉及的后台部分相对比较少.
1. HTML4.0, DOM, 熟悉浏览器render/refresh机制.
2. javascript, Ajax，可以实现后台数据通信. 了解 Ajax机制.
3. 针对 DOM 的高效率的OOP代码
4. 常用的 JS 类库如 JQuery 或者其它一些 Ajax 框架如 Ext, YUI, Spry等并了解其背后原理.
6. 多个浏览器间在 javascript / DIV / CSS方面的差异性.
7. HTML/XHTML、CSS，对W3C网页标准有较深理解，能熟练运用DIV CSS来制作符合W3C规范的静态页面；
8. 网站重构、页面架构和页面布局，对语义化、结构与内容分离等有深刻理解，对用户体验有一定的理解。
9. 熟悉JSP,JSTL,Servlet.熟悉 web.xml配置，熟悉 http session, request handling , error handling等。
