Key responsibility:
Strategic recruitment planning and execution.
Major activities:
1. Plan, co-ordinate and perform recruitment and selection strategy in Dalian.
2. Perform higher level duties in relation to the recruitment and selection process. Shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews with users.
3.Develop training, education program for Dalian staff
3. Other HR daily work
Basic Requirement
1. Excellent English or Japanese skill
2. Experienced in HR recruitment, especially in professional talents recruitment is preferred.
3. Good knowledge in different recruitment channels in China/Dalian is an advantage.
