What I've said in last article is just abreacting my complaint,nothing to offensive your solutions. As you said we do too much talking on problems,the attitude to do sth about it is as important as finding the solution. I totally agree with you,actually,we need correct attitude to find solution sort problem out,not only focus on corruption.
