It's so unwise to reveal your salary expectation first. You should always try to find out their salary range for this job position. You were asking 2-3w/month, but the range for this position is only 1-1.5w. They would have stopped the interview if you are not excellent. They continued with another rounds of interview maybe because they tried to find out whether you are worth 2-3w. Maybe later they found out this is not the case. Even if you are qualified but your expection is way too high. They WONT negotiate with you because even if they can talk you into accepting this offer at much lower salary, they know they can't keep you long because you have higher expectation and you will accept another offer if its salary is just a little higher. They'd think you are just interested in money.
