I attach the link I found. I assume you use the business
service, paying 200RMB a month.

I guess when you first signed up the plan, not so many
people used it. Now too many people use the service and
quality degrade.

I'm also interested in the China's Internet Infrastrucure also, esp. the connetion to USA. (Maybe Forvever Heng's
iresearch friend has the info. There are quite a lot
reports there. But it's not free.)

I'll post more once I find out. (This is getting too
technical for this forum.)
