From my company (US west coast) to haiguinet, there are
16 hops, one more than yours. Wonder why.
Another funny thing in your result: why the time
intervals got smaller when the IP packets travelled more
hops? (Should increase kind of linearly.)
I guess the networks you are connected are very
bursty initially. So looks like in the near term,
Quality of Service will get very important for premium
users like principle An.
Mine result (I skip first few hops):
