We have not thought that far as to go public. Right now our goal is to get investment funding in the US but the business will be run in China.
In order to get trust from the investor in US, can we setup a company in US (maybe in Delaware) and use this company to get the fund. after that, we can register a company in China that is fully owned by the US company, will that be something that the US investor can accept.
Also we also plan to get Chinese local government to support the business, but in order to get that, I assume we have to be a local company. By using the above approach, the company registered in China will be owned by US company, so that might not be able to get the assistance from the local government.
Any further suggestions?
