we are working on a site right now but have not registered company yet, if we plan to try to get investor in US, what will be the better way to setup a company? we plan to run the site in China.
should we register a company in US and use this company to get investor? after that, we can setup a company in China that is fully owned by the US company?
Have not done this before, so would like to get some opinion, what is the better way?
