Hello,
the one you requested is a TIC and does not include parking. I can explain TIC to you, but it is more complicated to understand than condo or house ownership. Each one will have its own issues, but this one has 2 residential units plus one commercial, so in theory, it should qualify to convert to condo in the next few years. That is a good thing, but I don't think it is something you can handle well as an absentee owner. You have to cooperate a lot with the other owner.
Are you buying all cash, or do you need a loan? You would only want to get involved with this property if the other owner either had all cash, or if they were willing to get what's called a fractional loan. My guess is that a condo will be a better choice for you, but it is harder to find the style you want if you exclude condos. Here are all the condos within 1 mile of the property you selected. All of these are listed as having 1 car parking and 2 bedrooms. I searched only under $750K. The one closest to what you are looking for in terms of year built and price seems to be 16th Avenue.
