II. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstration of the complete software suite as well as explanation of the various connectivity capabilities with third party software (front-office, market connectivity).
Managing and performing in-depth evaluations (during a week workshop for instance) of the software in the context of specific business requirements.
Ability to analyze business requirement to provide best practice and customize the system to fit prospect’s requirements.
Maintain hardware, software and data demo environment for demonstrations and evaluations.
Responses to queries from prospects and clients which may take the form of informal requests or more formal RFI/RFP documents.
Presentations of the company and its solutions to prospects/clients and at trade shows/exhibitions.
Keep pre-sales documentation up to date.
Work in close relationship with Product Management in the way of feeding product management with own know how of the markets/prospects/clients requirements gathered through the pre sales activity.
Support product management in definition of business requirements of clients/prospects and market.
Keep close to, and provide analysis of market trends and developing business requirements.
Develop and maintain knowledge of competitor’s solutions.
Provide feedback to Product Management and Sales about the performance of the software, and the client’s perception of the software both at demonstrations and evaluations.
III. SKILLS AND BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE
• Solid understanding and experience of Corporate Treasury.
• Sound knowledge of Accounting practises
• Knowledge of financial instruments (FX, MM, IRS, FRA, Bonds etc.)desired, Hedge Accounting a plus
• Has a good knowledge and understanding of operational and business processes
• Awareness and appreciation of markets and clients within the region
• Consulting orientation
• Industry and product knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build, maintain strong client relationships.
• Clear organisational awareness and knowledge
• Excellent problem solving capabilities:
• Excellent issue resolution capability
• Excellent training and professional skills
• Able to interpret and liaise between differing organizational cultures
• Recognises business development opportunities
• Listens, to ensure understanding prior to making decisions or taking action is diplomatic
• Excellent English written and oral expression
