* 10+ years in enterprise software development and testing environment - must have had senior role with direct sales or experience in sales support, marketing and customer facing responsibility
Strong consulting experience in quality management / software testing processes
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in building and running an end-to-end software quality management / testing team
Strong high-level knowledge of the Software & Solutions Products and Services portfolio [or similar competitive products] and the usage of tools to address business quality challenges and deliver customer value, and ability to speak at a high level to the underlying technology.
Skilled at assessing complex requirements and opportunities and at translating ideas into actions
Strong project management skills
Strong working knowledge of PS-related business processes
