Flake
n. An unreliable person; someone who agrees to do something, but never follows through.

有一点点牵强。 这里用flake是对的， 这里的flake描述的behavior， 光说不练， 算作是忽悠的一种， 也是对的。
但flake主要是强调behavior的odd, eccentric 的特点。 unreliable （光说不练， hence 忽悠）是其中一种（且是主要的）解释， 所以（一个大忽悠=a flaky person=a flake)不能算错， 但是间接了几层的特解， 所以略微有一点儿牵强。
