This is the American way; yes, it may be empowered to spend billions to turn over another government, but for humanitarian relief, that's the limit of administration power. I don't think any incident could change it.
Right on. My way or highway, it is exactly this kind of thinking lets US in this whole mess. Can you still proudly say "I am an American" outside US now?
And, there is a deep root ideology in american culture, people don't take charities, especially from federal government. Humanitarian relief is not a face show.
You must be joking. The cost for gov. hand out for every family at NO is $800,000. So, no one take it? Remember when gov. hand out check cards (4B worth), how many fake IDs or claims surfaced? Today's American is not what you watched on the movie.
