Japanese money is not tax money, Chinese gov. donation was not tax money, right? As a person in US, I am only blaming US gov.'s slow response and worry that a young generation Chinese will be totally turn off by this gov. BTW, I don't understand the so called difference between gov. and the "people". Does US gov. was elected by people, enpowered by people and it represents people?
