Based on the above groundless statement, the author (from Forbe Mag I believe) is absolutely out of his mind. It is high time for him to shutup and stop writing anything India.
I have been to India many times and have many Indian friends from personal and professional side. I took 2 of them on trips from Bangalore to Shanghai in 2005/2006, both of them said to me many times it will take Bangalore 20 years if ever to catch up with Shanghai.
