Sr. PM
On the PM position, here’s what I’m looking for in addition to what is in the CSP for a senior program manager
1. Experience with hosting and/or software as service industry
2. Experience working in a startup like environment
3. 2-3 year of experience leading project managers
4. Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Visual Studio, MS Project Server, etc.) – if an external hire
5. Strong communications skills. Experience working in a consulting capacity is a plus (e.g. ex-consultants from the likes of Deloitte, Accenture, Bearing Point, etc.)
