Provide Production Application Support to Operation Treasury and Banking IT applications in the Asia Pacific Region:
- Production Application Support of existing and new Operations IT applications
- Analysis of production application issues and provide solutions to address business needs or to resolve system issues
- Procedures and system documentation
- Perform User Acceptance test with users
- Support regression testing –unit, system, integration, stress, migration
- Conduct user trainings
Job Requirements:
· Tertiary education in an IT related discipline
· 3-5 years technical working experience with Unix, Unix Shell scripting IT Application Support.
· Working experience with database and SQL and Tuxedo Administration
· Any Knowledge of Informix; Business object; Sybase; C;C++ would be an advantage
· Excellent spoken and written English.
· Effective analysis and resolution of system and application issues.
