Principal Responsibilities
· Planning, analysis, variance analysis, and program manager to drive attach rate
· Present weekly to APJ executives on metrics review, including Issues, Root
· Cause, and Actions. Meet meeting deadlines, and have clear action plans to achieve forecast. Be able to work in a very fast-paced, quantitative environment.
· Determine promo roadmap for Services; business analysis to identify most impactful and profitable merchandising promotions
· Work with notebook and desktop Brand to get best bundle roadmap and inclusion in core strategy; develop business cases and facilitate product launches
· Primary Services Center of Competence (a product&pricing group) and vendor interface for Home&Small Business segment. Lend understanding to how services are sold online, in advertising, and in sales. Pair services with segment merchandising strategy.
· Work with Online team to ensure that all products, promotions, and value are clearly communicated with impactful placements and messaging
· Work with Marcom team to ensure that all products, promotions, and value are clearly communicated with impactful, targeted placements and messaging
· Work with Sales liaisons to ensure that all products, promotions, and value are clearly communicated and that Sales is properly motivated to drive attach
Requirements
· 5 years business background - IT Services preferred
· Make information out of numbers, work with detailed analysis for a leading direct marketing company
· Must be a team player who is willing to get into high level of detail and can work with production and ordering systems
· Business Acumen
· Dealing with Ambiguity
· Organizational Agility to be able to influence in a "Beyond the Box" role
· MBA is preferred
· Experience in services marketing or operations preferred
