Responsibilities:
§ Report to VP-Fin, supervise Financial Analysis Manager, Corporate Secretaries Office and Procurement Manager
§ Support the leadership team to attain the business plan and financial goals via management reports and forward planning
§ Work closely with all functional areas to develop strategic plans to gain a competitive edge
§ Work with regional IT director to help define and develop IT plans in alignment with business needs and strategy.
§ Improve financial estimates and drive savings through improvements through-out the company.
§ Manage associate performance and development to reduce associates turnover
§ Communications with government/minority to improve business relations and obtain incentives
Requirements:
§ CPA, Bachelor Degree or above in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred;
§ At least 5 years business experience in a multi-national company with experience in auditing, purchasing, factory along with Management experience; must be familiar with generally accepted accounting principal and risk and controls.
§ Motivational, inspirational, team player, communication oriented, good English and Chinese communication skills both written and verbal and customer focused.
Based on Dalian in the first 2 or 3 years and permanently based on Shanghai
