A) Position Description
To lead the software and peripheral order fulfillment team to meet order cycle time and delivery lead time, by providing the best customer experience to external and internal customers. To liaise with vender to meet the requirements and manage/build vender relationship.
B) Major Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the order fulfillment team
· Escalation point for internal dept
· Main contact point with distributors on aging orders
· Manage/own vender relationship and act as point of escalation for distributor delivery, quality, availability and payment issues
· Main contact point with Sales on order status
· Backlog management
· Liaise with IT on process automation
· Liaise with Logistics on delivery issues and resolutions
· Handle customer escalations
· Create statement of work of vender, Set up working flow
· Communicate product forecast and track performance of distributors
· Conduct periodic review with GP/COC and distributor on distributor performance
Competencies
· Able to work independently
· Strong Japanese language skills a pre-requisite and English reading&writing fluency an advantage
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years working experience
