Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
Supervise finance staffs to complete accurate, timely financial
statements which meet the corporate reporting requirement and comply
with legal, regulatory and generally accepted accounting practice；
Coordinate in preparation of annual operating budget, long term
financial plans and forecast；
Set up and implement company finance systems
(AR/AP/Cost/Accounting/Treasury) and perform business/cost analysis and
day-to-day accounting operations to ensure smooth operation of the
company；
Establish financial processes and procedures to ensure the operations
meet local legal and corporate internal control standards. Monitor of
ongoing compliance with established policies and control procedures；
Prepare accurate periodical cash flow report / forecast in the treasury
function in order to maximize the usage of company’s financial resource
& minimize interest cost；
Work with audit firm to finish yearly statutory audit & tax return, and
prepare proper tax planning to maximize company’s tax benefit；
Supervise the finance staff and come up with adequate career development
program for the department staff；
Requirements:
Preferably Changchun local resident or person who is willing and
committed to relocating to Changchun on a long-term basis with minimum 3
years；
Bachelor or above, master degree is preferred, majored in accounting；
Solid accounting & finance knowledge, familiar with US and PRC GAAP；
At least five years accounting & finance related work experiences in
multinational company with manager level position；
Substantial experience in various finance positions with increasing
levels of responsibility. Ability to effectively coach and counsel staff
members to ensure they develop the needed skills to progress and meet
the increasingly complex demands of the business environment
CPA holder or other relevant international certification like ACCA, CGA
are preferred；
Good command of English and Mandarin both verbal and writing
Proficient in using ERP/MRP system and various MS-office software, such
as excel, word, power-point, etc.；
A team player, good leraner and doer；
Self-motivated and independent with high integrity；
Aggressive, initiative and committed；
Detail and accuracy oriented；
Hardworking and able to work under pressure；
Excellent interpersonal skills.
