Create very satisfied customer experience through identifying the customer's real need and deliver viable solutions to the SMS/MOM/WSUS problems in the quickest way possible.
Communicate with enterprise customers across the Asia region via telephone, written correspondence, electronic service or customer visits in regard to identifying their real needs and negotiating to viable solutions.
Use log/trace analysis, source code, and other sophisticated troubleshooting tools to analyze problems on Microsoft System Management product and develop solutions to meet customer needs; may involve writing script.
Answer the customer calls 24x7 on a rotational basis.
Required Skills/Knowledge
In-depth understanding of the enterprise IT infrastructure
Good spoken and written English skills
Demonstrated business communication and negotiation skills
Works well in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills
B.S. degree in C.S. or E.E. is required
Knowledge with AD, Exchange, SQL or other enterprise technologies is favorable
2+ years' industry experience with large scale network management is a plus
