Qualification
- Major in Computer, Electrical Engineering or other related field
- 5 years experience of technical support in desktops, notebooks, and workstations; Certified MCSE, CCNA preferred but not required
- Training experience in technical area- Proficient in English and Korean, both written and spoken
Job Responsibility
- Supply product and technical support training to internal employee- Supply punctual coaching to technical support team
- Compile and execute training scheme, summarize training report and optimize training contents
