• Company Profile
The Company has five core businesses in promising high-growth markets. It is a major retailer of premium automobiles including Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Smart in Northeast Asia. In heavy machinery, it distributes a wide range of Caterpillar products. The Company is a successful property developer and investor in Beijing and Shanghai, while its trading activities focus on wood- based products, watch components and fertilizers. The Group also has a range of interests in finance and investment services.
• Principal Responsibilities
• Negotiate terms and conditions beneficial dealers as a group on win-win basis with group insurance partners resulting in both HQ framework agreement and dealer branch agreement.
• Implement insurance partnerships according to HQ framework agreements.
• Assist dealers to resolve issues at HQ level whenever necessary.
• Hold regular training sessions in collaboration with insurance partners to better equipped dealer F&I personnel to improve insurance penetration rates, accident claim services offered to customers and CSI.
• Drive work effort to meet KPIs set.
• Consolidate, review and analyze monthly reports to track achievement of KPIs and to identify problems or solve or areas for improvement.
• Ensure that dealers’ exposure on own assets and properties are adequately insured, and to extend this service to all IT entities in China whenever possible.
• Develop, motivate and train subordinates to take on higher responsibility in medium to long term.
• Handle adhoc projects as assigned from time to time.
• Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above, preferably major in International Business, Finance, Banking, Financial Analysis, Marketing or Business Administration.
• Excellent oral communication and letter writing skills.
• Proficiency in English is a plus, especially in writing.
• Excellent inter-personal skills.
• Ability to evaluate problems & propose solutions independently.
• Attention to details and ability to handle & follow through issues till resolved.
• Deadline focus.
• Good MS office software skill (especially powerpoint skills).
• Experience
• 8 years of working experience with at least 2 years in managerial or supervisory position.
• Both an effective team lead and a good team player.
• Experience in project management or in training is a plus.
• MBA or oversea experience is a plus.
• Specialized Knowledge.
• Experience in insurance or auto industry.
• Experience with Big4 auditing firm or consulting firm is a plus.
