MFE vs. MBA
MFE will lead you to another "technical job", which is not what you want. Read webfeet/valut books about what I-banker does and what modeling/quants guys do on wall street.
PT vs. FT
If you are so determined to get into IB, FT will give you more opportunities. In PT, odds are against you but I heard that PT students from UofC got into banking business, lucky ones with lots of networkings on their own.
Age is not a big problem from banks' perspectives, but a problem from your perspectives in the demanding work environment in banking business.
HK banks are even harder to get into.
PT students are equally competent comparing with FT ones, but most of them have different career goals. You will hardly find PT students with same ambitions as yours. Most importantly, banks almost only hire from on-campus recruiting.
Key of the keys is think hard about what you want to do and what you can do, given your background, ambitions, competencies, and perferred life style (oh, forgot that bankers have no life).
Hope it helps! You can also try to post your questions on vault/wetfeet forums.
