1: Understand what you will get into
I assume when you talk about wall street job, you refer to IB position. This is a 100hour/week job in a very competitive enviroment. Read this book first: "Monkey Business : Swinging Through the Wall Street Jungle"
2: Are you equipped for IB job?
I am sure you have sufficient analytical skills for IB job, but I-Banker have to possess excellent english communication skill. if you just have above-average language skill, most likely you will get better opportunity to land a job in IB asia (HK)
3: FT vs. PT
In addition to the Pros & Cons you mention in your post, I would like to point out: Being a FT student, you have more networking opportunities with companies and your fellow students, which is a valuable intangible asset. Furthermore, the employers will appreciate your commitment especially for the career switcher like you.
In summary, if you know what you want and will get into, go for FT. At the end of day, FT will give your more opportunities than PT, of course, with higher cost. GOOD LUCK!
