teh digital tech is to revolutionize the way the contents are distributed
insead of push, it will be pull based
however, video search is not the one stop way in the near future. i would see several tiers for professional area of technical complexities
by pass everyone is not impossible, but then you are looking at the need to revolutionize the entire internet pipe, which frankly is BS.
the possible way to go: distributed archives, commercial franchise, multi tier distribution networks...we are talking bandwidth, we are talking SoQ, we are talking digital content management...
this is quite a complexity. google?!! google my ass! they need to acquire so many companies of specialties and they need to know where to begin.
we are not talking about some text content or even image. when you have transport stream of mepg media, there is a lot more to it.
