I have to back to China because of my family's unique situation. I dont want my son growing up without his father on his side. On the other hand, i believe that i can have a better career perspective there (of course not to be measured in money).

The chance of going back china as an expatriate is not easy to find, especially in the banking industry. Strategic consulting seems to be the best way to get an high entrance to that industry.
