Consultant-Engineer with good business sense
Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
- You will be expected to create 5 times as much income as costs by marketing, selling and delivering our services to both Western and Chinese companies
- Using our unique methods you will interview and test candidates who apply for positions at all levels with our customers and write assessment reports according to our international standards
- You will actively identify potential candidates for clients who seek specialists, managers, or young people with leadership potential by using our international standards and methods
- You must be able to write reports for our international customers in English
- You will participate and lead recruitment assignments for our customers
- You will communicate in English in writing and verbally with consultants in other countries
We offer:
- To be in at the very beginning in developing a global consulting company in Shanghai which will eventually grow to operate in other cities in China

- A chance to build international contacts to both consultants and customers
- If you are an exceptional performer, you could eventually be offered a partnership in the company after 3 years
Requirements:
1.Minimum Bachelor degree or above, with major in engineering and applied science with electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering, or naval architecture, is preferred；
2.At least 3 years work experience with western companies, hopefully in a commercial setting, which specializes in pulp & paper or ship building industry.
3.Very good English language, Mandarin with additional Shanghai Dialect are preferred； 4.Skilled in MS Office.

4. 熟练使用微软的办公软件。
