Reporting to：Company founder
Location：Beijing/Shanghai
Annual Salary:600~1000k RMB
Job Responsibilities：
1. According to company's overall strategy , assist in the development of the team 's strategy , plans , objectives, and budget of the program；
2. Reasonable for organization development，following-up project including presale solution design and delivery，coordinate the company's internal and customers communication；
3. Responsible for the daily management of the team，including team members’ training, evaluation, assessment and motivation.
Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree or above，computer, marketing, or related major preferred；
2. More than 8 years of customer pre-sales, delivery, after-sales service experience in software industry，and who has large foreign customer service experience, familiar with IT, FMCG, healthcare, retail industries are preferred;
3. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English；
4. Good team management, organization and coordination, planning and implementation capacity.
