U.S. statistics indicates that close to half of medical cost are
spent on prolonging the life of
those who are near death, and just by a few more months.
These costs are shared by everyone else.
It can be argued that insurace companies should cut
benefit for those near-death people drastically to save on
overall health cost, but it's something that is hard to implement politically.
Everyone wants to waste others' resource and hard work
as much as he can get away with, and I don't care whether
you call me "trash" or not, young man!
