Your post is filled with false and misleading information that is not even funny. I am not going to spend too much time on this verbal jousting but you post is directing people to a morally wrong and legally treacherous path.

You sure your talking about North America? Anybody in the US knows this is untrue. Its extremely difficult to get to 800 even for people with good credit, let alone bankruptcy, within 3 years no less!
－－－－-If credit agency reposseses the investment in a biz it will not impact the company
Jeez, what have you been smoking? I don't want to delve too much into this one because its too obvious and I would be insulting reader's intelligence if I say more 
While I have not passed the bar but after reading your post I feel like I already have. Please get off the high horse, hold back some of your late night margaritas because it is not doing any good!
