Qualification Requirements
l Bachelor degree or above
l Minimum of 5 years relevant IT work experience, and 2 years project management experience
l Knowledge of IBM mainframe OS/390 environment such as MVS, CICS, DB3, COBOL, JCL, etc.
l Or experience in C/C++ and/or Java application development in UNIX environment. Familiar with Oracle/SQL
l Familiar with software quality management and software development life cycle
l Knowledge of retail banking, e.g., deposits and loans
l Good command of spoken and written English
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
l Excellent team management skills
