leda, the sketch, as many others of his works or stidies, woemn to him must have been flowers when he did still studies. when you look at the nude studies on female models by male artists who are straight, you would have more "to feel" thus that hopefully helps addressing your hinting point
on Cecilla. this is a painting actually as famous as monalisa.
a typical example of da vinci's symble code:
the animal in her arm/hands was supposed to be something in Italian (a language i cannnot comprehend) which somehwat have a subtle relationship to the person commissioned da vinci
where she looks to is suppoedly the guy stayed in the romantic relationship outside marriages
so the mystry behind the painting made it even more interesting for those who studied da vinci from this angle
i 've seen both in original, i could appreciate the technical excellence in skills, but i would never agree that either women
by our taste today were presented as either pretty or sexy
da vinci sure was a master in skills, but i would not give him any more than that, except for how much he contributed to the academic education systems in art professions
