I have discussed this in detail a week ago. The high level people in WallStreet are those traders, fund manager who have much boarder understanding of the global financial market and the investments. It is wasting my time to continue to repeat what I have said already.
ANXIAO also is a very In Mature person who is so negative to anyone who disagree with him, the indication that he is lack of leadership behavior. Mr. AnXiao showed this kind of IN-Mature personality clearly in this forum. A high level person must have a good leadership behavior. This is also a must have in a good team.
Again, If I was a hiring manager, I will definitely not hire him since no matter how smart a person would be, if he cannot work in a team, cannot take disagreemnts positively, his behaviors could bring more demage to a good team than any of his contributions to the team.
