now that the bubble times is over, the fund raising though VC as i know is back to the old tricks: lengthy business plans with the teams of credentials. so we would have to have a good plan and a well structured "organization/team, before ready to go for VC...of course we need to have IPO plan ready for VC as it is all they care about

the first web site is our brand, not e-commerce portal. this is because there is a lot to it when it comes to merchandise sourcing. and it requires market analysis based trend guidance
to determine the sourcing strategy, so no catalog yet.

haigui is a core concept that can be materialized. the "wanna be" generation in china is a big market, being what they dream to be already, we can sell them what hollywood seels to small town farmers...

we have to stick to this. selling products will be hard, without selling concept as services.

what's cool to drive these days for youngster? what's in for
preppy girls or what's hot for punk boys?

how people should waste their spare time and money in addition to what the global auto makers and the real estate
companies already keep telling them?

this is the social group with purchasing power and the online consumption generation, we need to understand what they want and lead them in that by tell them what they need...

so i say we need to have a good plan and a good team.

how do we proceed to next?

i would allocate the actions, cut the pieces, so all those who
contribute by bringing their backgrounds, credential or real experiences based knowledges, connections...to the table, will be rewarded with fair pieces of the pies we bake together...can we agree to this?

we start with a well structured but loose organization and haigui will be our good will.
