doing management is certainly one thing to consider, although i have been tech lead (a team of a dozen) at jp morgan and that project was a great success (although i literally design and code the whole framework by myself, i am kind of guy who is very hands on and enjoy it, i totally agree a good architect or manager should have hands on experience)... i think i certainly can build and manage teams, although i do lack experience dealing with "relationships" in a chinese fashion Razz

... but i am pretty confident i can handle that when it's called upon Smile

(shouldn't take more brain power than physics? contrary to what it seems, i am not the lonely geek who can't get a date, lol)

as about finding love, i know that's hard, i had several (ex) girlfriends but i do feel finding someone you really love is not an easy task, and need lots of LUCK... could someone lives a happy life without love? sure, but that's still something he/she will miss... imho
