Job Description: Manager level professionals are required to lead team research and analysis efforts focused upon significant business challenges and decisions, utilizing qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. Typically, teams may range from 5 to 15 people in size; while cases or projects may last from 3 to 9 months. Normally, Managers must successfully lead several cases or projects at one time, requiring leadership and managerial aptitude.
Manager level candidates must possess at least three years of solid management consulting experience, showing progressive advancement and responsibility with demonstrated successful leadership in the automotive and/or other manufacturing industry consulting projects. Senior associate level candidates must possess at least five years of solid management experience, showing progressive responsibility with demonstrated leadership and track record in the particular industry/ service.
We are in an urgent search for energy consultants. The essential requirements are:
l Relevant industry experiences in China (contacts): chemicals, oil & gas, energy/utilities, coal, etc.
l Fluent Mandarin and English
l MBA or PhD (engineering, natural science)
l Working (or studying) experience in Europe/US
l Experience in Consulting
