A Major IT Service Firm is urgently seeking a Client Delivery Executive to work for their global clients, based in Shanghai. The Firm is a world-renowned IT company with headquarter in the US. It was ranked among Fortune 100, with an annual sales over 20 billion USD.
Job description:
Supports all client delivery activities for a contract, contracts, or contract portions greater than USD $1m and not exceeding USD $10m.
Builds and sustains effective communications with all stakeholders in the Enterprise towards the goal of maximum client satisfaction; drives the Service Excellence program for assigned clients.
Coordinates team resources, resolves conflicts, and ensures propositions and plans successfully reflect contract parameters, company policy, and capability.
Partners with client and other company organizations to keep client informed of contract activities and build innovative, compelling solutions to enhance client success, increase client utilization of services, and expedite revenue growth.
Represents the company and has authority to deliver on commitments.
Holds responsibility for project definition and leadership of the virtual work team. May report to Client Delivery Executive, Client Care Delivery Director, or Client Delivery Regional Operations Director.
Requirement: 10-15 years of previous experiences in Asian, Australian or US, gained in IT, preferably in the manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidates are those experienced project managers who have demonstrated strong commercial and business leadership skills, with a good understanding of the IT and manufacturing industry. Very competitive packages.
