In middle, north NJ, Asia population(india+chinese) in many new developments in towns like Edison, Planisboro, are well above 50%. And the school is very decent. The bad thing is high state tax and property tax!
One measure that gives you a good sense of Chinese population is the number of Chinese supermarkets. There are at least 5 or 6 big Chinese supermarkets in middle jersey now.
