I am just wondering if there is a guideline on how much a company to pay a new employee. I still have time to search for a job here in the US, of course, the pay here is much higher. I don't expect to make as much in China as I may make here, but this pay is about 1/4 the pay a person with my qualification can make in the US. You said the pay is too low, how much would you think is reasonable. Thanks
