I got same feeling.It seems a lot of people here are paid very well in china but some returners I knew in reality just have a so-so payment job in china.
of course,some guys are paid very high because they are hired at oversea with expat salary and some guys are running a self business here.

I check monster.com, period, but only few job a day is available, other job hunting website in china such as www.51job.com etc are focus more on middle level local job and you have to face salary competition with local professional.
