Welfare is food stamps (which are traded outside supermarkets for cash or for cigarettes), government housing, and government healthcare.

How many of those welfare queens actually worked full time, that is my question.

Whoever is working full-time, I'll gladly see my tax dollars go to them if they can't feed their family.

Welfare eliminates the motivation for work. Welfare does not help people. Let me make an analogy: The sub-Sahara Africa has lived on welfare for decades. East Asia did not get much hand-out. Which part of the world is faring better, everybody can see.

Whatever the Europeans say about their progressiveness and fairness, Europe's per capita GDP (purchasing power) is 2/3 of America. I don't want to see America becoming another Europe.
