Job description
• Provide Solutioning Support for new engagements to help IBM Win
• Develop true E2E solutioning, including estimation rather than simple cost estimation, rate card, etc
• Influence higher GD percentage and add GD value
• Drive innovative and strategic solutions
• Actively promote and drive China GDC differentiation objectives.
• Expand knowledge and demonstrate an expertise in a sector or an IBM service line
• At least 5 years IT industry experiences, such as Web, SAP, EI, BAM technology
• Strong experience in managing Global Delivery Project and delivering Application Services solutions for clients
• At least 2 yrs project and people management skills
• With 1+ years client facing experience
• PMP Certified preferred
• English native speakers or Japanese Level 1 skills
• Sales/Solutioning passion
• Industry knowledge is preferred
Required
• Bachelor's Degree
• English: Fluent
